Our story

We Started on the Owner Side of the Equation.

Property Pathways grew out of firsthand experience operating short-term rentals and hospitality businesses.

Before asking other property owners to trust us with their investments, we experienced the work ourselves — preparing properties, communicating with guests, coordinating turnovers, solving maintenance issues, refining listings, creating memorable spaces, and managing the countless details that determine whether a short-term rental operates smoothly.

That perspective continues to shape how we manage today.

We understand that a property is more than a listing on Airbnb. It is a physical asset, an investment, and, when operated as a short-term rental, a hospitality business.

Our job is to care for all three.

Meet the operators

Meet Josh & Jaclyn

Josh Barber

Co-Founder & Operator

Josh brings a background spanning hospitality, property operations, entrepreneurship, guest experience, and community-based business.

His experience operating short-term rentals alongside hospitality concepts has shaped Property Pathways' hands-on approach to management. He focuses on the systems behind a successful stay — from property positioning and presentation to guest communication, operational problem-solving, and the overall experience a property delivers.

As a longtime Atlanta resident and community leader, Josh also brings deep familiarity with the neighborhoods and communities in which Property Pathways operates.

Jaclyn

Co-Founder & Operator

Jaclyn helps lead the operational side of Property Pathways, bringing an owner's perspective to the details required to manage a property consistently and responsibly.

Her work includes supporting property operations, guest experience, owner communication, and the systems that keep each stay running smoothly.

Together, Josh and Jaclyn approach every property with the understanding that owners are entrusting Property Pathways with both a valuable asset and an income-producing business.
